Doing Business with Crumbaugh & Associates

To ensure the success of your investigation and your satisfaction we use a standard process to
plan and execute your investigation.  This process consists of:

1. Planning Session

The first step is to arrange a discussion between you and one of our principals.  We can
conduct this discussion over the phone or via a face-to-face meeting in our offices or at a
convenient location.  In this session we will gather the necessary background information,
propose the appropriate types of services, timing, and costs.

2. Contracts, Retainers, and Billing

Before we begin any assignment we ask all of our clients to sign a formal agreement that
outlines the objectives of the investigation, the specific services that will be provided, costs,
retainers, and timing.  This agreement protects both of us and ensures that you receive exactly
what you are looking for.
Also, many of the services we perform require that a retainer be paid in
advance before work can begin
.

We accept many different forms of payment -- cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
Discover, and American Express)

We provide regular billing statements for work we perform.

3. Ongoing Status Reports

Once your assignment has started we will provide you with ongoing status updates via regularly
scheduled status calls, activity statements, and email.
